Mohammed Salisu and Antoine Semenyo were on the scoresheet for Ghana in the friendly match against Switzerland on Thursday, November 17, 2022.
The friendly against Switzerland is Ghana’s third friendly ahead of the world cup after playing Brazil and Nicaragua in September.
Mohammed Salisu opened the score line for the Black Stars in the 70th minute from a corner kick.
The stars looked decent on the day with some free-flowing game and finding the right passes when needed.
Substitute Antoine Semenyo doubled the lead for the Black Stars four minutes after the opening goal, taking Ghana 2-0 up.
Kamaldeen Sulemana was denied a goal after a low block from Switzerland goalkeeper Yann Sommer.
The game ended 2-0 in favour of the Black Stars.
