The ministry in a release signed by Hon.Darkoa Newman, the sector minister condemned the act by the operation manager against the female employee citing the Domestic Violence Act, 2007 (Act 732) which prohibits abuse against women and all forms of domestic violence.

“This ruling will undoubtedly go a long way towards discouraging unscrupulous individuals from committing such acts in the future”, Darkoa Newman stated.
