Rev. Isaac Owusu-Bempah, a prominent Ghanaian prophet, has issued a stern warning against any attempts to overthrow the incoming government of President-elect John Dramani Mahama, calling such a move “dangerous.”
Speaking to his congregation on Sunday, December 15, 2024, Owusu-Bempah stressed that both physical and spiritual protection would shield the new administration, emphasizing Mahama’s humility as a key factor in divine favour.
The prophet made it clear that anyone who attempts a coup would not succeed, vowing to alert the authorities if any such plans were detected. “Don’t try it, because you will never succeed,” Owusu-Bempah stated.
“We may be at home, but we see and know everything that is happening in the country.”
Owusu-Bempah highlighted the track record of prophecies made in his church that had come to pass, adding that the authorities could attest to their accuracy.
He urged the public to allow the new government to govern in peace and stressed the need for prayers for the success of Mahama’s administration.
“The country is in a mess, and the new government is prepared to reset and improve the nation,” he added.
