The Bokoro Hospital in the Ahanta West Municipality of the Western Region, which is under construction as part of the Agenda 111 hospital project, remains incomplete despite having been commissioned by the previous government.
According to the Minister for Health, Hon. Kwabena Mintah Akandoh, the government will need approximately $9 million to complete the Bokoro Hospital.
The Minister, on Monday, paid a working visit to the hospital site to assess whether the facility is indeed ready for use, as previously claimed by the Nana Akufo-Addo administration.
Other hospitals commissioned under the Agenda 111 project but currently not in use include the Trede and Oforikrom hospitals.
