Vice President of the Republic, H.E Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, has on August 16, 2023, hosted the C.E.O of the Global Fellowship, United Kingdom and the National Council of Boys Brigade, Bill Stevenson, the President of the Ghana Council, Moses Foh Amoaning, and their team at the Jubilee House, Accra.

The discussion centered around the critical role the Boys Brigade plays in the development of Ghana.

Dr. Bawumia recounted its significance, saying, “As a former Brigade boy, I could testify to the wide range of activities undertaken by the Brigade to instill discipline and confidence in our youth”.

He has also reiterated Government’s commitment to deepening the partnership with faith- based institutions to reap the maximum dividends for the country.

Bill Stevenson has expressed great interest in hosting the next Global Fellowship Council meeting in Ghana in 2025.
