Bechem United forward, Hafiz Konkoni has received a call-up to join the Black Stars squad ahead of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifier.
Ghana is set to play against Madagascar on Sunday, June 18, 2023, in Antananarivo, and head coach Chris Hughton has included Konkoni, who has been very impressive for his club this season.
He has made 26 appearances for Bechem United in the just-ended 2022/2023 betPawa Premier League season, scoring 15 goals.
The 23-year-old is set to join the team on Monday, as they begin preparations for the match.
