The Ministry of Health led by the Minister, Hon. Kwaku Agyemang Manu has held talks with the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior of the Czech Republic, Mr Vít Rakušan to strengthen the bilateral ties between the two countries in respect to health.
The meeting which was held in Accra discussed some challenges facing the health sector in the country and possible solutions to these challenges.
In recent weeks, the health ministry has been educating the general public and health professionals on the use of the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) to help provide quality and equal healthcare for all.
Accompanying him was the Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Ghana, Mr. Jan Fury.
