The District Police Commander for Juaboso, DSP Samuel Ntosu, has appealed to well-meaning individuals and corporate organisations in the district and the country as a whole to assist the police with logistics to fight crime.
He made the appeal in an interview urging Ghanaians to aid police in their various community, districts and cities to combat crimes.
He said although in any work there are challenges but if they feed the police with necessary information on who is involved in violence or any crime it will aid the police fetch out the bad nuts in the society.
He added that, “those committing crimes are the same people we live with in our various societies and we know them so we should inform the police to arrest those people in other to curb crime rate.”
“This is a sad reality that we cannot allow to continue. We have to collectively re-energise the police so that, they can provide security,’’ he said.
“Security is essential to the socio-economic development of any state.
“Therefore, we need to come to the aid of the police by giving them information to help fights crimes and boost their performance.
