Housing Ministry engages media on solutions to challenges within hydrology sub-sectors

The Deputy Minister of Works and Housing, Dr. Prince Hamid Armah has briefed the media on potential solutions to challenges in the hydrology sub-sectors.

The Deputy Minister of Works and Housing, Dr. Prince Hamid Armah has briefed the media on potential solutions to challenges in the hydrology sub-sectors.

According to the Minister, the engagement is part of the Ministry’s collaboration with key stakeholders to develop sustainable solutions for the challenges within the housing and hydrology sub-sectors of the economy.

The Chairman of the Planning Committee for the Built Environment National Conference on Housing and Hydrology (BENCHH) 2024 noted that addressing Ghana’s challenges regarding access to affordable housing and perennial flooding is a top priority for the Ministry.

The BENCHH 2024 scheduled for 2-4 July aims to discuss and integrate solutions from all stakeholders.

The meeting provided the Ministry with an opportunity to convey the event’s significance to the editors, allowing the media to ask pertinent questions and explore how they can support the Ministry’s initiatives.
