Head coach of Kotoku Royals, John Eduafo Jnr has expressed optimism that his side will escape relegation following a disappointing 1-0 defeat to Accra Hearts of Oak at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday.
Asked whether he thinks his team will survive in his post-match interview, he said they will do everything to win the rest of their matches to help them escape relegation.
“I am very confident that we will survive. We will do everything possible to win the rest of the matches ahead and survive,” he said.
Kotoku Royals lie 18th in the table with 17 points after 22 games in the 2022/2023 betPawa Premier League season, losing 15, drawing 2 and winning 5.
