Many women believe that the men should pay the bill when they go out on a date because they say this expresses interest from the men.
Ghanaian actress, Lydia Forson has a different angle to what seems to be a norm.
According to her, she always make sure she has enough money to pay for her own meal when someone takes her out on a date.
Forson’s reason for paying for her own meal is that it makes her confident, knowing she can afford the meal.
“I always make sure I have enough money to pay for my own meal when someone takes me out on a date.
It makes me confident knowing it’s something I can afford so I don’t feel like I owe him anything if he decides to act up.
Don’t take people to places you can’t afford yourself.” Lydia Forson tweeted
