“I want you to know that with the confidence you have shown in me, I will not sleep. I am going to work very hard, morning, afternoon, evening, and night, to bring the NPP back to power in 2028,” he said.

Dr. Bawumia emphasized that unity within the party will be key to securing victory.

He noted that in the 2024 elections, many NPP supporters did not turn out to vote, and stressed that bringing members together would strengthen the party’s chances in the next general election.

According to him, as long as the NPP remains united and mobilizes its base effectively, winning power in 2028 is achievable.
