I’ve earmarked plots of land for construction of Barracks, Prison yard, Others at Wawasi – Akua Donkor

The Founder and leader of the Ghana Freedom Party, Madam Akua Donkor, has reiterated her pledge to uphold the officers at the Ghana Police Service, Ghana Prison Service, the Armed forces and the staff at Suame Magazine in the Ashanti region.

Speaking to the media, the 2020 flag-bearer for the GFP, articulated apparently that there is a traffic jam at the Ghana Prisons Service, the Police Service and others, so there is the need for her to bolster them to expand their buildings.

She mentioned that her expedition to support the staff at the magazine was because of their colossal inputs towards the development of the country.

“I am bestowed to stimulate national evolution through my minor efforts. I have designated enormous acre of lands for the officers of the Ghana Army, Police, prisons and others. I want the Prisons Service to expand their buildings since there is a bottleneck at the central Prisons in Kumasi’. She said

‘‘It’s a blight when you see the officers at the garrisons with their folk cramped in a single bedroom. This is not healthy, and it alters them’’, Akua Donkor claimed.

In enhancement, she expressed that fetters within the region can walk to her outfit for deeper discussions concerning the project.

“This is litigation free land for the fetters and our servicemen since they are suffering. I want to build a complete community at Wawasi. It’s a big altruistic project, so I am calling on other collaborators to play their roles in the nation building.”

She chronicled she has the precondition document backing the lands.

‘‘I have all legitimate documents and made conceivable arrangements with all the authorities. Soon we shall break grounds for the convocation of the project’’, she confirmed.
