Security expert Clement Sagnapaare has made a daring statement against the current chief Justice of the Republic, Chief Justice Anning Yeboah.
According to the security technocrat, Chief Justice Anning Yeboah is a chief foot soldier of ruling New Patriotic Party.
The security expert was sharing his views on Nkawkaw – based Agoo FM on the comment by Professor Atuguba, who said, Ghana has become a fertile ground for the country to experience a Coup D’etat.
He stated that government’s apprehension of coup commentators is not advisable. In addition, Justice delivery system in the country has become so political.
Citing the NPP as an illustration, he said, the NPP as a political party has had lawyers during its founders regime in to the current crop of its members.
“The justice delivery system; the party we call NPP has founders being lawyers and so they teach law from Father to son. As I speak, Chief Justice Anning Yeboah, quote me anywhere; He is a chief foot soldier of the NPP. Several other judges are either NPP or NDC and so the delivery system is not working”, he added.
