The high-profile SML-GRA case involving former Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta and seven others has been adjourned, with a new court date yet to be announced.

The charges, filed by the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP), relate to alleged corruption and procurement violations in the award of contracts.

Those implicated include top GRA officials, SML’s owner, and the company itself.

The OSP clarified that the court, not its office, sets hearing dates, following the postponement of proceedings originally scheduled for November 24, 2025.
