KNUST Faculty of Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Sciences donates to Korle-Bu

The Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) has donated a variety of detergents, produced by the faculty, to the Pharmacy Directorate of the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital.

The donation was made in appreciation of the Pharmacy Directorate’s role in training PharmD students, particularly through the guidance of preceptors at the Directorate.

The donation was led by the Experiential Coordinator at KNUST, Prof. Mrs. Mercy Opare Addo, along with her team members.

The items donated included gallons of hand sanitizer gel, hand rubs, antibacterial hand wash, multipurpose soaps, and dettol, all produced by the faculty.

The Director of Pharmacy, Dr. Charles Ofei-Palm expressed his gratitude to the Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, KNUST, for their generous gesture
