I have visited the Korle Bu main mortuary in Accra before that was, somewhere in the early 2000’s when my brother- in- law daughter, died. It wasn’t better then.
A cousin of mine died and was placed at the School of Medical Sciences mortuary. On the day of internment, I went inside and identified his body.
To my amazement, I saw a stockpile of dead bodies and the pungent smell that emanates from the rooms, can stay in your olfactory lobes for the rest of your life.
Yesterday, after watching the GhOne tv documentary on the state of the Korle Bu mortuary as compiled by one journalist, Asediba, I am convinced that, the black race is cursed. It’s an eyesore and I am disgusted seeing this dirty water, seep into the Korle Lagoon. Huuuuuu!
Eish! Is that how the end of man is? Boi! Mɛ su me ho from now onwards. Will really reflect on this nasty life. No wonder, these private funeral homes, are cashing out on the altar of the inefficiencies of these government health facilities.
Let’s pray that when we visit the Korle Bu hospital for treatment, we come back home alive na wei deɛ, la wu! Ɛyɛ tan! Despicable!
With this horrific storage, I will prefer the Muslim way of burial. It’s healthy, devoid of stress and simple!
Ansa na onipa bɛko asamando no, na wa brɛ! We are nothing! The health ministry, do something!KORLE BU MORTUARY, A REAL DEFINITION OF HORROR!
