The newly acquired CIMSA bus is a 57-seater CMSL model, which was procured through the Ministry of Education and the Ghana Education Fund (GetFund) with the support of the MP who lobbied for the procurement of the new bus for the school. The MP presented the bus to the school on May 26.

“As part of government’s commitment to support senior high schools in Ghana, myself and with the support of the headmaster and the Management, we made a request to Govt to support St. Paul’s with a bus, and we were able to secure a bus for the school so we are grateful to the President and the minister and we are hoping that more will come our”.

He further urged the students to continue to trust the Akufo-Addo led administration.

“They should keep hope alive and continue to trust in Govt. We have realized that there are a lot of things the school needs and it’s important that we come to their aid if we want to produce better students, it’s necessary that we provide them conducive environment”, he said.

Meanwhile the headmaster of the school, Mr. Paul A.K Agbake commended the MP for leading the team to secure the bus for the school.

He said the bus would go a long way to provide easy movement for the school in their engagement henceforth.

“We are so grateful to the MP, he did very well. At a point in time, I was the only one around here where I did not have the bus and going out for maybe funerals or social gathering and anything with my other colleagues will be so helpful to me and the bus definitely will be of much help to students because for excursion purposes, we need to go outside and now that we have the we can go on educational excursion to learn the things that we are learning them as theory”, he said.
