The maiden edition of the Face of Africa Awards and Honours 2023 comes off August 20 at the Accra Metropolitan Assembly Hall in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana.
The Face of Africa Awards is organized by Sammyflex Inc. to recognize good talents and brands that are exceedingly influential in the media landscape for special recognition.
In an interview with the Chief Executive Officer of Sammyflex Inc., Samuel Adjei, he said, “There are a lot of talents out there that need to be known by the general public. That is why I decided to organize this awards scheme to appreciate and encourage the youth for their good work in society.”
He went further to say that, even though the award is to recognize excelling personalities in the specified categories, such as blogger of the year, actor of the year, and many others, the competition is based on voting.
“Winners will gain customized plaque, citations, and digital promotions,” he added, adding that Sammyflex Inc. has partnered with Feleb Concept to organize several awards such as Outstanding achievers excellence awards Africa, Ghana premium entertainment festival, Ghana merit awards, Alpha Ghana Awards and honours, and Africa photographers awards and magazines.
Tickets sell for GHS 60- Regular, Double- GHS 100, Special Reservation (Single) – GHS 150 and Special Reservation (Double)- GHS 250
The main show starts at 6:00 pm while the exhibition and red carpet sessions will start at 5:00 pm.
