Regular pundit on the Kasapa Entertainment show who doubles as an independent Ghanaian tourism activist popularly known as Mr Wear Ghana has urged Minister for Creative Arts, Tourism and Culture, Hon. Ibrahim Mohammed Awal to help champion the agenda of making fashion tourism one of his priorities.

He commended the minister for meeting with some of the stakeholders in the movie and music industry to deliberate on issues affecting those respective sectors which to him is a step in the right direction.

According to Mr Wear Ghana same gestures should be extended to those in the Fashion and Beauty industries because that sector is creating more employment and promising to be the number one employment avenue in Ghana.

Speaking on Kasapa Fm, Mr Wear Ghana, who is the Executive Director at Street Fashion Train Foundation and also an advocate for Wear Ghana Campaign said he is willing to bring his little expertise onboard to help push the Ghana Fashion Industry to the pedestal it should reach.

Mr Wear Ghana has organized fashion shows such as Labone Street Fashion Show, African Bikini and Accessories Fashion Show and the brain behind Wear Ghana Month celebration in MARCH (to promote our beauty and fashion industry players) and also the organiser for Ghana Fashion and Beauty Awards.

He took the opportunity to congratulate the minister for his appointment and wish him well.
