Afedzi D/A Primary School headmaster, Isaac Agyiri has advised school children to see the Free Senior High School policy being implemented by President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo government as a great opportunity for them to acquire life-changing education.
He also advised them to be disciplined and make education their priority.
According to Mr. Isaac Agyiri, getting access to education in the past was difficult but with determination and self-discipline many had the opportunity, and now as heroes and heroines serving the country and other nations.
Mr. Isaac Agyiri made this advice during an exclusive interview with The Daily Searchlight Newspaper correspondent.
“Education in the past was very difficult, but those who were determined and self-disciplined were able to make it. You have free Senior High School (SHS) which makes access to education easy so you have to make good use of it”. He stated.
Mr. Isaac Agyiri explain further that the newly admitted senior high school (SHS) were our future leaders and they’re our lawyers, doctors, nurses, bankers, Journalist, and teachers but they can only achieve that feat if they remain focused and disciplined in their daily activities in their schools.
Furthermore, it was only by focusing on their studies and respecting the rules and regulations of their schools that could propel them to the apex of their education and appeal to the indiscipline students to turn a new leaf to achieve their ambitions.
He, therefore, urged the newly admitted Senior High, Vocational and Technical Schools students to desist from pre-marital sex, stealing, and fighting and especially those who will get into drugs or sell drugs like marijuana in the school should stay away from that behaviour but rather think of their future.
