The Greater Accra Regional Police Command has arrested a man who was captured in a viral video assaulting a young woman carrying a baby.
The suspect, identified as Nii Baah Afful, is currently in police custody and is assisting with investigations.
Authorities say he will be arraigned before the court to face justice.
The video, which sparked public outrage, showed Afful physically attacking the woman in what appeared to be a domestic dispute.
The Police have assured the public that they are committed to ensuring justice is served.
