Ghanaian actress Martha Ankomah has renovated and handed over a Library project for Suhum Kraboa Abonkoa school in the Eastern Region.

The initiative according to the beautiful actress is to enhance the children’s education and their reading skills.

The multiskilled actress appealed to the public and corporate organizations to collaborate with the Martha Ankomah Foundation to build more libraries to transform lives in the deprived communities.

The Foundation, a registered social organization founded 6 years ago by Martha Ankomah, seeks to support the lives of disadvantaged and destitute children in Ghana.

A casual survey conducted by Martha Ankomah Foundation indicates that conditions of such children reveals urgent attention throughout Ghana.

From increasing homelessness and unemployment to decreasing governmental programs and support there are signs everywhere of the precariousness of our situation.

he Foundation also focuses in the areas of health, education and total well-being of the deprived Ghanaian children. Hence the birth of the Quality Education Project.

The Quality Education Project founded upon the compassionate drive to recognize and address the injustices of our society has been fighting not only to alleviate problems but also to identify the root causes and advocate for appropriate local and national policy changes.

It is an initiative that seeks to support school children in remote communities and deprived locations in Ghana. Our initiative emphasizes providing basic learning materials and resources that will enhance children’s aptitude.
