Mentally ill lady butchers 8-month Old baby

Members of Tongor-Tsanakpe, a village in the South-Dayi district Assembly in the Volta region, are in state of shock as a mentally ill mother butchered her 8-month old baby and dumped the dead body in a dumping site.
