Ghanaian-American comedian Michael Blackson has hinted that he will build more schools in his village to allow the less privileged to get access to education.
Mr. Blackson officially commissioned his first school in Ghana, the Michael Blackson Academy in his hometown, Agona Nsaba January this year.
The comedian established the school to raise the standard of education for the residents of Nsaba, where he is from.
In a Twitter post on Monday, he revealed that he will embark on more of such projects this year.
“I’m definitely building more schools for the less fortunate kids but for the adults, I’m thinking about a few things,” he wrote.
He also added that he will consult some few people on building a factory that will employ many young people in Ghana, Liberia and Nigeria.
“I’ll talk to some folks in the states and see if we can build a huge factory that could employ about 10k or more college graduates in Ghana, Liberia and Nigeria.”
He also intends to open an entertainment hub that will manage musicians, actors and football players.
