MobileMoney Fintech LTD (MMFL) has announced that it will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) virtually on Friday, June 12, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.
The meeting will consider several key resolutions, including the approval of six new directors, subject to Bank of Ghana approval.
The proposed appointments are Modupe Kadri, Serigne Dioum, Adekunle Benjamin Awobodu, Antoinette Kwofie, Susan Yawson, and Bashirat Odunewu.
Shareholders will also vote on a proposed dividend of GHS0.03 per share for the first quarter ended March 31, 2026, and consider authorizing the company’s directors to declare and pay dividends for the second and third quarters of the 2026 financial year.
Other items on the agenda include ratifying the appointment of Ernst & Young (EY) as the company’s external auditor and authorizing directors to determine the auditor’s remuneration for 2026.
MMFL said shareholders can participate and vote electronically through the online platform or via a dedicated USSD code. Shareholders unable to attend may vote by proxy.
MobileMoney Fintech LTD, which manages mobile financial services and serves more than 17 million registered subscribers, said the meeting forms part of its corporate governance and shareholder engagement processes.
