Samuel Boateng, a barber, has reportedly abandoned his wife, Gloria Teye, after she gave birth to male triplets, just a few years after delivering twins.
The couple’s expanding family now consists of seven children: a set of twins, two other children, and the newly born triplets.
Gloria recounted that her husband’s unexpected departure has left her devastated. The situation has plunged her into deep distress as she grapples with the daunting task of caring for all seven children alone.
“My husband left the hospital immediately after the nurse informed him that I had given birth to triplets. We attempted to reach him multiple times, but he refused to answer our calls,” she recalled.
The abandonment has placed a heavy emotional and financial burden on Gloria, who expressed her frustration and sorrow at being left to single-handedly provide for the family.
She noted that raising their children was already challenging, and her husband’s disappearance has only added to her difficulties.
Efforts to contact Samuel and convince him to take responsibility for his children have so far been unsuccessful, leaving Gloria to fend for herself and her large family.
