The Member of Parliament for Mpraeso constituency, Davis Opoku Ansah has promised to construct an ultra modern AstroTurf for his constituents.
The MP, disclosed this in an interview with Republic Sports Drive host, Dennis Ofosu Acheampong.
Giving full details of the project, the MP said, he will facilitate the sod cutting for the project to commence on Saturday, February 12, 2022.
He said, as part of measures to ensure that football talents in Kwahu and the country at large are nurtured, he deemed it necessary to ensure that such a facility is brought to the Kwahu people.
The project will be completed in the next six months after the sod cutting on Saturday.
He revealed that the project will be constructed at the Obomeng – Presby Park.
According to the MP, the project will be fully funded by the Ghana Gas and that, he seeks to bring more of such facilities to the Kwahu enclave.
