According to the 23-year-old, scoring two goals in Ghana’s game against South Korea is the biggest highlight in a Black Stars jersey.

He said this during his first interview after signing a five-year deal with English Premier League club West Ham United over the weekend.

Asked whether scoring a brace for Ghana against South Korea is the biggest highlight in his national team career, he said: “With the national team, the World Cup is one of the biggest stage in world of football so to perform in that stage, I think is one of the biggest highlight for me.”

Kudus made his mark on the world’s biggest football stage at the Qatar 2022 World Cup, after he got a brace, which won the man of the match award.
