Concern Citizens of Koforidua, New Juaben South have kicked against the reappointment of Mr. Isaac Apau – Gyasi as Municipal Chief Executive.
The concern residents claim Mr. Isaac Apau – Gyasi is incompetent and has since his appointment failed Koforidua – New Juaben South.
The group stated that up to date, one is unable to pinpoint any clear project, initiatives of the MCE in and around New Juaben South.
“Ever since Mr. Apau – Gyasi took over as MCE, he has aligned himself to factions of the divided NPP front at Koforidua, and it has been one conflict on discordant tune at its best, exposing his incompetence in the areas of admission.
“Mr. Isaac Apau has succeeded in creating unhealthy relationship among the ranks and file as a result of failing in his dealings to resolve.” The group stated
They expressed their displeasure about his abysmal performance and bad relationship with some assembly members.
According to the group, the Municipality is now on a life support and needs a competent, vibrant and energetic, visionary leader to rescue the Municipal.
“The MCE has been very good at scheming the sporadic transferred of Municipal experience Coordinating Director, Municipal Finance and others as though they were the problem meanwhile he is the real problem that needs to be solved.
Koforidua needs new brains with fresh ideas to move the Municipality towards a new direction.
The MCE cannot boast of a single fully initiated or completed major project could be credited to his name. These instances contravenes the general administrative principles of conflict of interest.” The group outlined
