“We are also pleading with the chiefs to engage the community for a better project,” he said.
Lawyer Yaw Owusu Addo, the Municipal Chief Executive for Nkawkaw added that there was a need for the construction of the new health center for Nkawkaw – Amanfrom to ease the pressure, as most of the municipality’s major state infrastructures have been converged at one place, hence the need to expand the developmental projects in the municipality.
He revealed that a new school will be constructed at Nkawkaw – Kwaku Dwura in February.
A new market will also be constructed at Nkawkaw – Nsuta to ease the pressures at the central and the Agbogbloshie markets.
Nana Osei Kissi, representative of Obomeng Hene said, this is a great feat because the state of some health centers in most local areas under Kwahu West is fast deteriorating and are not enough to serve its communities. He also urged the community to support the growth of the project.
He thanked the MP and his team for the massive work done for other places like Abepotia health center and others.
