Nkawkaw Salvation Army Primary Basic School has won the 2026 Milo U-13 Champions League with a hard-fought two-zero score line against Kwabenya Atomic.
The five-day football tournament held at the Essipong Sports Stadium in the Western Region had teams from all 16 regions of Ghana and was meant to identify and nurture football talents.
The tournament was organised by Nestle Ghana Limited in collaboration with the Ghana Education Service in Sekondi.
The football festival saw the display of competitive football skills among pupils from schools across the country who played 32 matches from the group stage, knockout, semi-finals, and the third-place match.
Nkwakwo Salvation Army Primary Basic School beat the Kwabenya Atomic School two goals to nil to be crowned champions of the 2026 Milo U-13 Champions League, where they took home a trophy and other prizes from Nestlé Ghana.
