The training sessions focused on empowering National Service Personnel with practical knowledge in empowerment, entrepreneurship, marketing, customer engagement, market research, brand positioning, and digital marketing strategies.
Interactive sessions
Day Three featured interactive sessions led by experienced facilitators Michael Acquah, Joseph Gien Eredon, Eva Fafa Agbo, and Abdullah Maimunatu. Participants delved into customer segmentation, personas, and SWOT analysis, gaining insights into how to position their products and create a unique value proposition.
Michael Acquah emphasised the importance of strategic product positioning and differentiation, which he described as key elements for standing out in today’s competitive entrepreneurial space. He urged participants to adopt innovative thinking in developing market-relevant products.
Eva Fafa Agbo and Maimunatu Abdullah highlighted the role of digital tools and mobile technology in enhancing marketing efforts. They encouraged participants to leverage social media platforms and mobile devices to connect with a broader customer base and build brand visibility. The duo also guided attendees on how to shape business ideas into sustainable ventures capable of creating long-term wealth.
