The Jagrido Community School, a long-awaited project, has finally become a reality. After being part of the campaign promises during the Assembly elections, the school has officially commenced operations. The Ghana Education Service has absorbed the school and posted a dedicated teacher to nurture the young minds, supported by a community volunteer. 
The establishment of the school demonstrates Hon. Alhassan Abubakari’s commitment to providing access to quality education for the Jagrido community. He expressed gratitude to the Ghana Education Service for their support and collaboration in making this project a success.
Notably, the District Chief Executive, Kudjo Dordoe Issiah and the Member of Parliament, John Kwabena Oti Bless, have promised to build a 3-unit classroom block for Jagrido in 2026. This project has been captured in the approved 2026 budget, further underscoring the dedication to enhancing the educational experience for the children in the community.
Alhassan Abubakari looks forward to continued collaboration with stakeholders to ensure the success of the educational initiatives in the area. He thanked all who have supported this endeavor and emphasized the importance of working together to build a brighter future for the Jagrido community.
