The Office of the President has firmly denied recent media reports alleging that President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has granted presidential pardons to certain individuals.

The Office of the President has firmly denied recent media reports alleging that President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has granted presidential pardons to certain individuals.

In a statement issued on January 6, 2025, and signed by Eugene Arhin, Director of Communications at Jubilee House, the Presidency categorically dismissed these claims as inaccurate. “No pardon has been granted by President Akufo-Addo,” the statement clarified.
