#FixTheCountry movement activist, Oliver Barker-Vormawor, has been granted GH¢2million bail by the Tema High Court on Wednesday, March 16.
He has been asked by the court to provide two sureties who should deposit documents covering landed property within the jurisdiction.
Also, Barker-Vormawor has been directed by the court to report himself to the police once every week.
Meanwhile, the state has also been told by the court to continue to keep Barker-Vormawor passport.
The #Fix The Country activist, has been in the custody of the police since February 11, 202, when he was arrested at the Kotoka International Airport.
Mr. Vormawor is facing the charge of treason felony over the allegation that he has instigated members of his group to overthrow the government in power.
The Attorney General’s earlier reason for constantly opposing the bail application for Mr. Barker-Vormawor was because he was not cooperating with investigations and did not have a permanent residence address in Ghana.
