The former Board Chairman of the Ghana Airports Company Limited and General manager of Metro TV Ghana, Paul Adom-Otchere has been ordered to appear before the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) to answer questions linked to a corruption probe involving a revenue assurance audit contract.
The OSP in a letter dated 25th July, 2025, identified Adom-Otchere as a suspect in its ongoing investigation into alleged corruption and corruption-related offences stemming from the said contract between GACL and a private firm.
The letter then orders Adom-Otchere to appear before investigators at the OSP’s South Ridge office on Thursday, 31st July, 2025.
Paul Adom-Otchere, when reached over the phone, confirmed to Myjoyonline.com that he has indeed been served with the OSP’s invitation letter.
He said his lawyers have written to the OSP for a Monday, August 4 date, as they are currently engaged in court proceedings in Kumasi, the Ashanti regional capital.
Paul, however, expressed surprise that he, as former Board Chairman, would be the target of investigations into issues emanating from management decisions when members of the management team and the managing director are all available.
