Parliament set to adjourn Sine Die on December 19

The Parliament is slated to adjourn sine die on Friday, December 19, 2025, according to Majority Leader Hon. Mahama Ayariga.

While presenting the business statement for the ninth week ending December 19, 2025, Ayariga urged committee chairpersons to prioritise pending referrals and submit reports promptly.

He commended the Speaker, Deputy Speakers, and Members for their dedication to the House’s business throughout the Meeting.

“The Committee looks forward to a smooth discharge of the business proposed for the last week of the meeting before the House adjourns sine die,” he added.

Eight ministers will appear before the House to address 41 questions.

The ministers are the Minister for Food and Agriculture, Minister of State for Public Sector Reforms, Minister for Roads and Highways, Minister of State for Government Communications, Minister for Labour, Jobs, and Employment, Minister for Local Government, Chieftaincy and Religious Affairs, Minister for Trade, Agribusiness and Industry, and Minister for Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts.
