Ghana Police Service have arrested a suspect who made threats against public officials in a widely circulated social media video.
The arrest follows the announcement of a GH¢100,000 bounty for information leading to the suspect’s capture.
The suspect, identified as Kanawu, was apprehended after threatening to shoot unidentified public officials and anyone who interfered with his actions.
The police service issued a statement confirming the arrest and assuring the public that the suspect will face legal proceedings.
