A police officer and an assistant matron of Wovenu Senior High Technical School at Tadzewu in the Ketu North Municipality, have been arrested in connection with alleged diversion of food items meant for students of the school.
The suspects, Doris Foli, the school’s Assistant Matron, her sister, Perfect Foli and a police officer were apprehended at about 6:20 a.m. on Wednesday, 11 February 2026 while allegedly transporting assorted food items believed to have been taken from the school’s food stock.
The items were being conveyed in a vehicle belonging to the police officer, who was reportedly driving at the time of arrest
The police officer should have at least known better.
