Upon realizing that he was being followed, the rider reportedly dropped several parcels wrapped in black nylon bags and fled the scene before he could be apprehended.

Inspection of the packages revealed one A-Tac semi-automatic shotgun, two Jojef semi-automatic shotguns, and two boxes of cartridges containing a total of 500 BB cartridges.

The police have launched an investigation to identify and arrest the suspect, stressing that the seizure demonstrates the service’s commitment to preventing the illegal movement of firearms and ammunition.
