The Ghana Police Service has arrested and interdicted Police Constable, Alonsi Elizabeth for allegedly pouring hot water on a female colleague following a heated argument.
According to an official police statement, the suspect is currently in custody and will be subjected to both internal disciplinary proceedings and legal prosecution.
The victim sustained injuries to her face and back and is currently in stable condition while receiving medical treatment and support.
