Residents in Mankessim were thrown into a state of shock following the gruesome murder of a pregnant woman.
Report says the body of the pregnant woman was lying in a pool of blood with her head severed and other parts removed.
An eye witness at the scene said the foetus was also lying beside her lifeless body.
Residents in Mankessim have called on the security agencies to intensify patrols in the area.
According to them, they are now living in fear because the issue of murder has gone high in the country with people being killed for ritual purposes.
However, the Police administration have started investigation into the matter.
