The National Democratic Congress has been on its toes preparing for this weekend’s national congress expected to take place at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Over eight thousand delegates are expected to grace the occasion to elect national executives to steer the affairs of the party for the 2024 elections.
A visit to the venue indicates that the party is still putting things in place to make sure delegates are well-taken care of and also organize a free and fair congress.
With less than 24 hours to the congress, security personnel spotted at the Stadium say they are prepared and will do their best to prevent any violent behaviour during the elections.
