Retired Non-Commissioned Military Officer, Amenyah TK has declared his intention to contest as an independent presidential candidate in the 2024 general elections of Ghana.
His declaration comes at a time, some Ghanaians are expressing concerns about the economic performance of the country posing more economic hardship to the populace, an independent candidate has put himself up as a viable third force.
Ex. Flt Sgt. Amenyah TK, has thrown his hat into a keenly awaited presidential race scheduled for December 2024.
In a social media post, the Retired Non- Commissioned Military Officer announced his bid to contest the general elections to bring a new era of evolution.
“We’ve had enough of NPP and NDC. We’ve had enough of capitalism and socialism that keeps repeating itself every 8years. What Ghana needs now isn’t another old president but we need a young visionary leader who understands the dynamics of modern government, passionate about service and the quality of delivery and a one who has the youth at heart.”
“The people of Ghana are totally fed up with this NDC, NPP story.
“I want the good people of Ghana to know that, the days of JJ Rawlings are coming back. It is going to be a season of Republicanism and Rule of Law, and at the same time, a season of Common Sense. Yes, it will be a season of common sense, not with another Revolution, but rather, a New Evolution.” He added,
Retired Non- Commissioned Military Officer, Flt Sgt Amenyah TK says the call is especially for the youth of Ghana to critically reevaluate the current democratic system and its structures and to begin to chart a new pathway for the establishment of a new foundation.
“So, Ladies and gentlemen, I am officially, running for president of the Republic of Ghana, in December 2024, and we are going to ensure that our country’s Independence is complete, once and for all.” Flt Sgt. Amenyah TK – Rtd declared
