In line with the President’s vision to reform Ghana’s governance framework, the Minister for Communications, Digital Technology, and Innovation, Hon. Sam George, has launched a strategic human resource restructuring within the Ministry and its associated agencies.
As part of this initiative, the Minister previously requested the CVs of all Directors and senior management staff, signaling a significant realignment aimed at improving efficiency and effectiveness across the Ministry and its affiliated bodies.
The initial phase of this restructuring has already taken effect, impacting key institutions such as the National Communications Authority and the Ghana Digital Acceleration Programme, which is being implemented in partnership with the World Bank.
Additional changes are anticipated in the coming weeks as the restructuring process continues. The Minister has expressed appreciation for the dedication and service of all staff and extended best wishes for their continued professional contributions.
This move is expected to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation within the Ministry, aligning with Ghana’s broader digital transformation agenda.
