‎A seven-member fire crew led by STNOII Kubetew Alfred arrived at the scene minutes after receiving the distress call. However, six casualties, four men and two women, had already been rescued by bystanders and conveyed to the Enyiresi Government Hospital before the firefighters’ arrival.

‎Both vehicles sustained partial frontal damage. The fire crew completed operations and returned to base shortly after ensuring the scene was safe.
