The State Housing Company Limited has launched a revenue mobilization campaign to recover outstanding client obligations and strengthen its financial base.

The Managing Director, Mr. John Sheriff Bawah, emphasized the importance of clients staying up-to-date on their financial obligations, which is critical for ensuring tenants’ security and supporting the company’s delivery of quality, affordable housing.

For nearly seven decades, the State Housing Company Limited has been a key partner in Ghana’s housing story, building sustainable communities across the country.

However, the company faces challenges due to unpaid financial obligations, including ground rents, land regularization fees, lease renewals, consents, and service charges, which have accumulated to hundreds of millions of Ghana cedis.

To address this, the company is offering a 15% discount on all outstanding fees owed if clients settle their debts in full between November 3 and December 31, 2025. The discount applies to various categories of payments, including:

– Ground rent

– Land regularization, consent to develop, assign, mortgage, and gift

– Lease renewals

– Service charges and arrears

The discount is available to clients in Accra, Kumasi, Takoradi, Cape Coast, Sunyani, Tamale, Bolga, Ho, Koforidua, and beyond. However, it does not apply to house sales.

The company will officially launch its 24-hour premium and express service center before the end of 2025, providing clients with greater flexibility and support.

In the meantime, the finance, estate management, and customer service teams are available to offer assistance.

Clients are urged to take advantage of the discount period and avoid administrative or legal actions after the deadline of December 31, 2025.
