The Ashanti Regional Executives of National Union of Tricycle Operators Ghana (NUTOG) has warned its members to not increase the lorry fare by themselves.

Speaking with the media by the Ashanti Regional Chairman of National Union Of Tricycle Operators Ghana (NUTOG), MR SEIDU MUBARAK, he said, the National Executives Council has the authority to deliberate and approve any adjustments to Tricycle transport fares.

He said, we hereby advise all Tricycle riders and operators in the region and Greater Kumasi to maintain the current existing transport fares.

He therefore urged the general public to continue paying the existing approved fares and not comply with any unauthorised fares hikes.
