The court denied their bail application and ordered that they remain in custody until their next court appearance scheduled for March 11, 2026.

A third individual, John Amo, is also under police investigation. Preliminary findings suggest he may have been attempting to shield the victim during the incident, although he has not yet been formally charged.

The Central Regional Police Command has further instructed authorities of Swedru School of Business to present any additional students believed to be involved for investigation.
